Digital capabilities and passenger benefits of a seamless and resilient Norwegian airport system

This project assesses the impact of digital aviation technologies on the passenger journey to improve the passenger experience and the effectiveness of the Norwegian airport system. It seeks to expand and generate new knowledge about the impact of digitalisation on processes, organisation and competence needs in the air transport sector. A mixed methods approach will be taken to develop scenarios for the efficient and effective implementation of digital technologies in the airport environment to achieve seamless passenger journeys and commercial benefits for airports and their stakeholders - thereby contributing to the development of a more sustainable Norwegian airport system.
